That there's no really good DM alternatives out there that's good enough, is something that's said all over the place, but is just daft. Just a few CM/CDM's out there across Europe that has had a good/great season this season gone. Not saying any of these are Rodri or Declan Rice. But come on, it's not like there's not anything out there, as is way too often said around YT. Just simply not correct! And Rodri was not the Rodri we now know when he arrived, looked out of place, now look at him. Sometimes you need to get the potensial of greatness, greatness is rarely achievable from the off.

left footed CB, DM and backup RW. No question these are the weaknesses in the team. You do those three positions PLUS you replace anyone you sell (Tsimikas, Kelleher, Diaz etc)

Valverde would be a really good buy. Marcos Llorente is another one for midfield. CB I’d honestly buy someone like Lewis Dunk

Potential top class CB & RW for now imo, but get the scouts out now looking for a top quality DM for next year. I'd also keep Kelleher. Alisson is injury prone so he'll get plenty of games & I wouldn't be bowing to sentiment unless someone comes in with a big money bid.

Must admit, I am beginning to shift on this one. Initially i was just seeing him as a RB and no way is he coming in over Bradley and/or Trent. But in a 4-2-3-1 he could come into the attacking midfield 3 on the right ie as cover/replacement for Salah. In that role he could be useful as a creator but not a finisher like Salah (who is?)
